All Lyft products are intended for topical fabric use only. While we take pride in our formulation and quality, we cannot be held responsible for damage due to improper use, incompatibility with certain fabric types, or failure to spot test prior to use. Users accept full responsibility for following application instructions.
3. Orders, Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without liability. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of payment. Lyft reserves the right to cancel or refund orders at our discretion.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to Australian and select international addresses. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Delays due to postal service or customs are outside our control. Lost or damaged items will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
5. Refunds & Returns
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final unless the product is defective upon arrival. If you believe your order is incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Proof of issue may be required.
